          Note
Note You can configure your own score evaluation tool using expression sets, flows, or by writing your own logic. Decision matrices are just one of the tools that you can use for evaluating assessment scores.
          1. In a spreadsheet, map each assessment question to its assessment question response options and the corresponding response value scores. For example, here’s a spreadsheet for an assessment that evaluates self-esteem:
Assessment Questions Assessment Question Responses Response Value Scores
How much do you believe in yourself? I don’t believe in myself 0
How much do you believe in yourself? I believe I can achieve most daily tasks 1
How much do you believe in yourself? I believe I can achieve anything 2
Do you think you’re smart? Not at all 0
Do you think you’re smart? I’m smarter than some people I know 1
Do you think you’re smart? I’m always the smartest in the room 2
          2. Download this sheet as a CSV file.
          3. In your Salesforce org, create a decision matrix. For detailed instructions, see Create a Standard Decision Matrix by Using a CSV File .
Map the assessment questions and assessment question responses as inputs, and the response value scores as output.

Next, add this decision matrix as an action element to the Get Assessment Response Score flow.
