Set Up Generative AI Suggested Assessments
Set up Generative AI Suggested Assessments to provide your users with AI-powered assessment suggestions based on a patient’s profile across Agentforce Health, Data 360, and zero-copy external sources.

Before you start setting up Generative AI Suggested Assessments, ensure that Discovery Framework and Unified Search Experience for Assessments are enabled.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework Settings and then select General Settings.
- Turn on Generative AI Suggested Assessments.
- Under Prompt Template, click Edit and select Generate Suggested Assessments as the prompt template.
- Save your changes.
- Create an Unmetered User Based AI permission set and assign the permission set to your users. See Configure Unmetered User Based AI Permissions.
- Assign the Care Plans Access, Context Service Runtime, Prompt Template Manager, Prompt Template User, Generative AI Suggested Assessments permisssion sets to your users.

If you have MCG assessments enabled, sync the MCG data from an external system.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management and then select Integrated Care Management Settings.
- Turn on Sync MCG Assessment Data.
- Under Integration Definition Name, click Edit and select the integration definition to sync the MCG data. The selected integration defintion pulls the MCG assessment data from the external MCG system so you can access up-to-date assessment metadata.
- Save your changes.
- Under Permission Set, click Edit and select the permission set to use to sync the MCG data.
- Save your changes.
- To run a manual sync, click Run Sync Now. Always run a manual sync after setting up the integration defintion and permission set for the first time.

Clone and configure the Create Assessment Metadata Library Document flow.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows and then select Flows.
- Find and open the Create Assessment Metadata Library Document flow in Flow Builder.
- Click Save as New Flow.
- Enter the flow label and API name and save your changes.
- Configure the frequency for the flow to run, usually daily.
- Activate the flow.
After the setup is complete, users can now see the Show Gen AI Suggestions button in the Assessments Library tab of the Assessments component.
