            Set Up Suggested Assessment Responses

            To help care managers access smart suggestions to assessment questions, configure suggested responses for Discovery Framework-based, internal assessments.

            To access Suggested Assessment Responses: Manage Suggested Assessment Responses
            To configure Omniscripts: OmniStudio Admin permisison set
            1. Assign the required permisison sets to users.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and then select Permission Sets.
              2. Select the Suggested Assessment Responses permission set.
              3. Click Manage Assignments, click Add Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click Assign, and then click Done.
              4. Repeat the prior steps to assign users the Health Cloud Foundation, Context Service Runtime, and Prompt Template User permission sets.
            2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Discovery Framework and then select General Settings.
            3. Turn on Suggested Responses.
            4. Open the Omniscript of the assessment you want to configure the suggested responses for in Omniscript Designer.
            5. Before you make updates, deactivate the Omniscript.
            6. In the setup panel, expand Suggested Response Options.
            7. Select AssessmentSuggestedResponse_GetResponse for the integration procedure to retrieve the data sources for the suggested responses.
              Only integration procedures of type AssessmentSuggestedResponse are available in this setup.
            8. To enable Einstein Generative AI or Previous Responses as data sources for the suggested responses, select True in the dropdown next to each source. To disable a source, select False.
            9. To add other suggested response sources, clone the AssessmentSuggestedResponse_GetResponse integration procedure, retain the type as AssessmentSuggestedResponse, and provide a new subtype. Select the cloned integration procedure in the suggested response setup and click Add Suggested Response Source.
            10. Activate the Omniscript.

            The assessment now displays the suggested response icon for each question with a data type that supports suggested responses. Users can click the icon, and apply or dismiss the suggestions.
