          Create a Permission Set for Provider Contact Center Agent Access

          Create a permission set and add access for using the agent that you created for Provider Contact Center. Assign this permission set to the contact center reps to help them use the agent effectively.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud, Universal Credit Metering, and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a permission set: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
          To assign permission sets:

          Manage AI Agents

          OR

          Assign Permission Sets

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
          2. Click New.
          3. Enter a name, API name, and description for the permission set.
          4. Save your changes.
          5. In the Apps section, click Agent Access.
          6. Click Edit.
          7. Select the agent that you created for Contact Center and move it to the Enabled Agents section.
          8. Save your changes.
          9. On the permission set page, click Manage Assignments.
          10. Click Add Assignments.
          11. Select the contact center reps you want to assign to the permission set, and click Next.
          12. Click Assign.
          13. Save your changes.

          Contact center reps can now access the Agentforce for Provider Contact Center from the Home page.
