          Configure the Contact Center App as the Org Default

          To help your reps quickly access the contact center, set the Contact Center app as the default in Lightning App Builder.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
          User Permissions Needed
          To use the Contact Center for Health Cloud Contact Center for Health Cloud permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
          2. Select a profile.
          3. Depending on which user interface you're using, do one of the following:
            • In the enhanced profile user interface, click Assigned Apps, and then click Edit.
            • In the original profile user interface, click Edit, and then scroll to the Custom App Settings section.
          4. Select Contact Center as the default app.
            The Contact Center app appears when users log in for the first time.
