          Actionable Segmentation for Crisis Support Center Management

          Create follow-up lists of providers and clients using actionable list definitions and actionable lists. Actionable list definitions use Data Processing Engine to create datasets using information from different objects. Then, you can create actionable lists for follow-ups using these datasets.

          Crisis center counselors follow up with clients and providers for a number of reasons. For example, a counselor has an agreement with multiple clients to periodically check in with them on specific dates. Using an actionable list definition created from Account, Case, and other required objects, you can create an actionable list that has a list of all the clients that need follow-ups. Then, you can select the fields you want to display as columns in the actionable list so counselors have a comprehensive view of the clients they need to follow up with.

          Here are other scenarios where you can benefit from actionable lists in Crisis Support Center Management:

          • Create a follow-up list of clients who have high suicide or self-harm risk levels.
          • Create a follow-up list of facilities that have confirmed referral requests to coordinate the care of a client.
          • Create a follow-up list of facilities that haven’t confirmed bed availability for referrals, so counselors can confirm the bed availability themselves and ensure timely care for a client.
