            Assign Permission Set for Actionable Segmentation in Crisis Support Center Management

            Provide crisis center counselors and managers with the permission set required to use Actionable Segmentation in Crisis Support Center Management.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To use the Crisis Support Center Management app: Manage Crisis Support Center Management App
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select Users.
            2. Select the appropriate user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Move the Actionable Segmentation for Health Cloud permission set to the Enabled Permission Sets list.
            5. Save your work.
              Note
              Note The Actionable Segmentation for Health Cloud permission set enables users with the Health Cloud Platform license to access Actionable Segmentation. If you have the Health Cloud Platform license and you’ve assigned the Actionable Segmentation for Health Cloud permission set to users, you don’t need to assign any other permission.
