Clone the Send Email to Account Contacts flow and add your Experience site URL to the
emails sent to care facility admins. Clicking the link redirects admins to your Experience site,
where they can update the available bed count in their facilities and confirm the availability
of requested beds for referrals.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.
Find and select the Send Email to Account Contacts flow.
To clone the flow, in the Flow Builder toolbar, click Save As
Flow.
Enter a label, API name, and description for the cloned flow and click
Save. The cloned flow automatically opens in Flow Builder.
In the Toolbox search bar, find and select
UpdateBedCountEmailBodyTextTemplate.
Double-click the Update Available Bed Count Form hyperlink, add
your Experience site URL, click Save, and then click
Done.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the
ConfirmBedAvailabilityEmailBodyTextTemplate.
Save and activate your flow.
