          Set Up an Experience Site for Guest Users to Use Web Chat

          Set up an Experience site and deploy Enhanced Web Chat to your site so that guest users can chat with crisis center counselors.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To use Crisis Support Center Management objects in an Experience Cloud site: Crisis Support Center Management for Experience Cloud permission set

          Enable Digital Experiences to build Experience Cloud sites. Complete the steps to set up Enhanced Web Chat.

          1. Build your Experience site.
            1. From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select a template or build your own site.
            4. Enter a name and URL for your site and click Create.
          2. Make your site publicly available.
            1. On the Workspaces page, click Builder.
            2. Click Settings, then General.
            3. To enable public access, select Guest users can see and interact with the site without logging in.
          3. Create an embedded service deployment. You need this deployment when you configure the properties of the Embedded Messaging component.
          4. To enable Enhanced Web Chat, add the Embedded Messaging component to your Experience site.
          5. Publish and activate your site.
