To give brokers a dedicated external site where they can log in and work with quotes, create an Experience Cloud site by using the partner template. - Add Create Group Insurance Quote Flow to Quote Record Page
To allow users to launch the quote flow directly from a quote record, add the Create Group Insurance Quote action button to the quote page layout. - Enable a Broker Account and Create a Partner User
To allow a broker to sign in through the partner site, first enable the broker account as a partner account and then create a partner user from the associated contact. - Assign Permission Sets to Partner Users
To allow the broker to use the same quoting functionality from the partner site, assign the required partner-facing permission sets.
