          Create a Partner User Profile for Brokers

          To allow brokers to work with quotes, census records, group classes, and related insurance data from the partner site, first create a profile that gives them access to the required objects.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, Digital Insurance, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses

          User Permissions Needed
          To create user profiles:

          Manage External Users

          AND

          Manage Profiles and Permission Sets

          1. To create the partner profile, from Setup, enter Profiles in the Quick Find box, and then select Profiles.
          2. Click Clone next to an existing partner-facing profile, such as Partner User.
          3. For Profile Name, enter DHI Partner User.
          4. Click Save.
          5. On the profile page, click Edit.
          6. To ensure broker users can create quotes and view pricing data, in the Standard Object Permissions section, update the permissions for each object.
            OBJECT PERMISSIONS
            Quote, Group Census, Group Census Member, Group Class, Group Class Summary, Opportunity, Contract Group Plan, Application Usage Assignment Create, Read, Edit, Delete
            Product, Catalog, Categories, Price Books, Product Component Groups Read
            Attribute Definitions, Product Attribute Definitions, Attribute Category, Attribute Category Attributes Read
            Product Related Component Override Public Read Only (or based on your sharing model)
          7. Save your changes.
