Before you set up Document AI for Health, complete these prerequisites.
To preview the PDFs instead of downloading them, in setup, find and select File
Upload and Download Security, and set the PDF extension configuration to
Execute in browser.
Set Up Document AI for Health Enable users to automate data extraction from PDFs and map the data directly to Health Cloud objects. Follow the guided setup on the Public Health Settings page for a smooth and error-free implementation.

Customize Context Definition for Document Extraction Your case intake specialists can adapt Document AI for Health for their specific requirements. Customize a standard context definition to inherit all core components, such as nodes, attributes, and mappings, and extend the context definition based on your requirements by adding custom components.
