          To ensure AI-driven case classification for your case managers and public health investigators, enable the required settings and set up Agentforce for Public Health.

          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud, Universal Credit Metering, and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Agentforce for public health:

          Disease Surveillance

          AND

          Case Classification AI Assistive Agent

          AND

          Context Service Admin

          AND

          Data Cloud Architect

          Before you set up Agentforce for Public health, complete these prerequisites.

          1. In Setup, find and select Public Health Settings.
          2. Turn on Case Classification.
          3. To set up Agentforce for Public Health, follow the guided setup.
          • Create an Agent for Public Health
            Unlock Agentforce's capabilities for your case managers and public health investigators to classify cases by creating an agent by using the Agentforce Employee Agent template. Add public health-specific subagents to the agent to streamline case classification, reduce manual work, and enhance case management.
          • Create a Permission Set for Public Health Agent Access
            Create a permission set and add access for using the agent that you created for Public Health. Assign this permission set to case investigators, case intake specialists, or admin managers to help them use the agent effectively.
