            Assign Permissions to Health Cloud’s Embedded AI Users

            Provide users with the permission sets and permission set licenses required to access and use the Embedded AI features in Health Cloud.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Einstein for Service or Einstein for Sales add-on license
            Available in: Health Cloud Einstein 1 Edition
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permissions:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select the appropriate user.
            3. In the Permission Set License Assignment related list, click Edit Assignment.
            4. Select this permission set license:
              • Einstein GPT Sales Emails
            5. Save your changes.
            6. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignment.
            7. Move these permission sets to the Enabled Permission Sets list:
              • Action Plans
              • Care Plans Access
              • Health Cloud Foundation
              • Einstein for Service Innovations
              • Einstein Sales Emails
            8. Save your changes.
