            Configure the Group Benefits Enrollment Omniscript for Health Cloud

            The Enrollment Omniscript for Group Benefits uploads group benefits plan enrollment data with census members and dependents. To use the Omniscript, customize the enrollment flow included in the Insurance Industries Extension managed package, and create a batch job to process bulk enrollment requests asynchronously. Then activate the Enrollment Omniscript. To meet specific business requirements, you can customize the Omniscript.

            The Enrollment Omniscript for Group Benefits isn’t supported on Experience Cloud sites.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box enter Flows, then select Flows.
            2. Click Enrollment Flow.
            3. Click Save As, and then enter a label, API name, and description. Keep the rest of the flow elements as is. For information about the flow, see Configure the Salesforce Flow for Enrollment.
            4. Activate the flow.
            5. Create a batch job to process bulk enrollment requests asynchronously. For Execution Process, enter the name of your cloned enrollment flow. See Create the Insurance Enrollment Batch Job for Asynchronous Bulk Enrollment.
            6. If you haven’t already done so, give the standard user profile read access to profiles. See Give Users Access to the Group Benefits App Components.
              Without this permission, the Omniscript step that enrolls members generates an error when attempting to access the Customer Community user profile.
            7. From the App Launcher, find and select OmniScripts.
            8. Click GroupBenefits/Enrollment, and then open the latest version of the Group Benefits Enrollment Omniscript.
            9. Click Activate Version.
