Set Up the Group Benefits App Home Page and Record Pages
Give internal sales agents access to small group quoting and enrollment workflows by adding actions to the Action Launcher on the Group Benefits app home page and record pages. Add the Small Group Quoting and Group Benefits Enrollment OmniScripts to custom tabs on the account and opportunity pages. Add census management, enrollment, and mid-term adjustment components from the Insurance managed package to the account and quote pages.

Add Small Group Quoting and Group Benefits Enrollment actions to the Action Launcher on the
Group Benefits app home page and on record pages.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Action Launcher, and then click Deployments.
- Click New Deployment.
- Enter a name and select the OmniScripts action type.
- Select the objects used by your sales agents, such as Account and Opportunity.
- Find and add the Small Group Quoting and Group Benefits Enrollment actions.

To add the Action Launcher component to a page, click
,
and then select Edit Page. Drag the Action Launcher component onto the
page. In the Properties pane, in the Action Launcher Deployment field, add the
deployment.
You can also create a FlexCard that launches the Small Group Quoting or Group Benefits Enrollment OmniScript, and then add the FlexCard to the Group Benefits app home page. See Set Up a FlexCard in the FlexCard Designer. -
Add the Small Group Quoting and Group Benefits Enrollment OmniScripts to custom tabs on the
account and opportunity pages.

On a record page, click
, and then select Edit Page.
- Click the Tabs component, and then click Add Tab.
- Click the new tab. For Tab Label, select Custom, and then enter a custom label.
- Drag the OmniScript component to the tab. In the Properties pane, for Type, enter GroupBenefits. For SubType, enter SmallGroupQuoting to add the small group quoting workflow, or Enrollment to add the enrollment workflow.

On a record page, click

Add enrollment and mid-term adjustment components to the account page.
These components are installed with the Insurance managed package.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Group Benefits. Then open an account.

, and then select Edit Page.

Add a custom tab called Enroll Members.
To add a custom tab, follow steps similar to the ones in the previous step.
- Drag the OmniScript component to the new tab. In the Properties pane, for Type, enter LGE. For SubType, enter enrollmentProcess.
- Click the Mid-Term Adjustments tab.
- Drag the Mid-Term Adjustments component to the canvas.

Add census management and mid-term adjustment components to the Quote page.
These components are installed with the Insurance managed package.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Group Benefits. Then open a quote.

Click
, and then select Edit Page.
- Click the Large Group Plans tab.
- Drag the Insurance Group Quoting LWC component to the canvas.
- Click the Mid-Term Adjustments tab.
- Drag the Mid-Term Adjustments component to the canvas.
