Update the Standard User profile with the permissions required for Group Benefits
workflows.
To change permissions only for Group Benefits app users, clone the Standard User profile, update permissions in the cloned profile, and then assign the cloned profile to Group Benefits app users.
- In the Administrative Permissions section, select View All Profiles. Without this permission, the enroll members step of the Enrollment OmniScript generates an error when attempting to access the Customer Community user profile.
- Assign the Business Rules Engine Runtime permission set to the profile.
-
Assign the required field permissions to users.
- All users need Read and Edit access for the Contract Name, Source Quote, and Price Book fields in the Contract object.
- Partner users need Read and Edit access for the Primary Producer field in the Quote object.
You can assign access through permission sets or profiles. See Set Field Permissions in Permission Sets and Profiles.
