          Enable Care Gaps for Patient and Member Outreach

          Enable Care Gaps and provide the required permission for marketing teams to access the tasks that a patient or member has to complete to close open care gaps.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To give object-level access: View Setup and Configuration AND Manage Users
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management and select Integrated Care Management Settings.
          2. Turn on the Care Gaps setting.
          3. In the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and select Permission Sets.
          4. Select the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permisison set, and click System Permissions.
          5. Enable Permission to access the Action Plans feature.
          6. Save your changes.
          7. From Object Manager, find and select Action Plan.
          8. Click Object Access, then click the Profiles tab.
          9. Click Edit and select View All Records for the profiles assigned to your users.
