          Enable Health Engagement

          Before your marketing team can use Health Engagement, you must enable the Patient and Member Outreach and Patient and Member Self-Service settings.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To enable features: Health Cloud Foundation permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Engagement Settings and select Health Engagement Settings.
          2. Turn on the Patient and Member Outreach setting.
          3. Turn on the Patient and Member Self-Servicesetting.
