Enable Person Accounts and Assign Permissions for Patient and Member Outreach
To help your marketing teams create and manage outreach campaigns for patients and
members, enable person accounts and assign the required permissions to the marketing admin and
marketing manager.
Assign the required permission sets to the marketing admin user.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Permission
Sets.
Select the Health Cloud Foundation permission set.
Click Manage Assignments, click Add
Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click
Assign, and then click Done.
Repeat the prior steps to assign users to the Marketing Cloud Admin, and Data Cloud
Architect permission sets.
Assign the required permission sets to the marketing manager user.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and then select Permission
Sets.
Select the Health Cloud Foundation permission set.
Click Manage Assignments, click Add
Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click
Assign, and then click Done.
Repeat the prior steps to assign users to the Marketing Cloud Manager, and Data Cloud
User permission sets.
