          Enable Patient and Member Outreach to provide marketing teams access to the Health Engagement app. Marketers can use the app to create and manage outreach campaigns and proactively communicate with patients and members. Enable Patient and Member Self-Service so that patients and members can complete tasks on their own with the help of Agentforce. Then, enable person accounts and assign the required permissions. Finally, enable care gaps so that your marketing team can access open care gaps and send reminders for closure.
