Get Your Org Ready to Use Health Engagement Enable Patient and Member Outreach to provide marketing teams access to the Health Engagement app. Marketers can use the app to create and manage outreach campaigns and proactively communicate with patients and members. Enable Patient and Member Self-Service so that patients and members can complete tasks on their own with the help of Agentforce. Then, enable person accounts and assign the required permissions. Finally, enable care gaps so that your marketing team can access open care gaps and send reminders for closure.
Enable Health Engagement Before your marketing team can use Health Engagement, you must enable the Patient and Member Outreach and Patient and Member Self-Service settings.
Enable Care Gaps for Patient and Member Outreach Enable Care Gaps and provide the required permission for marketing teams to access the tasks that a patient or member has to complete to close open care gaps.
Set Up Data 360 for Patient and Member Outreach Deploy the data kits required to set up Health Engagement patient and member outreach. Then, review the identity resolution, data graphs, and segments.
Agentforce for Patient and Member Self-Service Leverage Agentforce to empower members to complete self-service tasks. Agentforce helps members find in-network providers, check their health plan benefits, and access their health history.
