          Set Up Data 360 for Patient and Member Outreach

          Deploy the data kits required to set up Health Engagement patient and member outreach. Then, review the identity resolution, data graphs, and segments.

          User Permissions Needed
          To configure Data 360: Data Cloud Admin permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Health Engagement Settings and select Health Engagement Settings.
          2. In the Patient and Member Outreach tab, go to the Set Up Data 360 for Health Engagement Patient and Member Outreach section.
          3. To access the DMOs and data mappings required for patient and member oureach, deploy the HealthCloud Administrative, HealthCloud Clinical, HealthCloud Care Managemeny, and Health Engagement data kits.
            1. For each data kit, click Deploy Data Kit.
            2. Select a data space.
            3. Click Deploy.

            Make sure to deploy the HealthCloud Administrative data kit first, followed by the HealthCloud Clinical, HealthCloud Care Managemeny, and Health Engagement data kits. The Health Cloud Administrative and Clinical data kits contain components used in the Health Engagement data kit.

          4. Review the Care Gap Closure identity resolution, Care Gap Closure Segment, Care Gap Closure Data Graph, and the Unify Health Risk Details batch data transform. Schedule the batch data transform as required.
