Update the Schedule Broadcast Appointment object’s page layout with the Accept Visit
Lightning and Mobile action. Your care resources can then accept broadcasted visits using this
quick action button from their Field Service Mobile app.

the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To modify object configurations:
Health Cloud Foundation Permission Set
From Setup, go to the Object Manager and find Schedule Broadcast
Appointment.
Click Page Layouts and open Schedule Broadcast
Appointment Layout.
Select Mobile & Lightning Actions.
In the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, click
override the predefined actions, and then drag the Accept
Visit quick action to this section.
Save your changes.
Your users now see the Accept Visit button in their mobile app and can easily accept the
visits that align with their schedule and preference.
