Enable your care resources to view a list of broadcasted visits by adding the
Broadcasted Visits tab to the Field Service Mobile app. Configure the tab to show the Schedule
Broadcast Appointment Resource list view. Your care resources can then easily scan through the
list and identify potential visits that align with their schedule.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To customize the Field Service Mobile app:
Field Service Admin License Permission Set
AND
Health Cloud Foundation
Permission Set
From Setup, go to Field Service Mobile App Builder.
Click New Configuration.
Enter an app name and API name.
Save your changes.
In the App Navigation section, click Add Tab and provide these
values:
Page Type: List View
Objects: Schedule Broadcast Appointment Resource
Filters: Broadcasted Visits
Tab Label: Broadcasted Visits
Save your changes.
Click Publish and select the user profiles of your care
resources.
Click Publish.
Salesforce applies the app configuration to all care resources with the selected user
profiles.
Care resources now see a consolidated list of all visits broadcasted to them in the
Broadcasted Visits tab of their mobile app.
