Create a permission set and add permissions for using the agent that you created for
Home Health. Assign this permission set to the care coordinators to help them use the agent for
home healthcare services.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud, Home Health, Salesforce Voice, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on
licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on to
access the agent action.
User Permissions

To create a permission set:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
To assign permission sets:
Manage AI Agents
OR
Assign Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and
then select Permission Sets.
Click New.
Enter a name, API name, and description for the permission set.
Save your changes.
In the Apps section, click Agent Access.
Click Edit.
Select the agent that you created for Home Health and move it to the Enabled Agents
section.
Save your changes.
On the permission set page, click Manage Assignments.
Click Add Assignments.
Select the care coordinators you want to assign to the permission set, and click
Next.
Click Assign.
Save your changes.
