          Create an Agent for Home Health

          Help your care coordinators use Agentforce for home healthcare by creating an agent based on the Agentforce Employee Agent template. Add the Home Health specific subagents from the asset library to the agent. Apply contextual filters to ensure that the agent uses the right subagent on the Account and Voice Call record pages.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud, Home Health, Salesforce Voice, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on to access the agent action.

          To add subagent to agent:

          Manage AI Agents AND Manage Agentforce Default Agent

          OR

          Customize Application

          1. Create an agent based on the Agentforce Employee Agent template.
          2. In Agentforce Builder, add these subagents from the asset library to the agent.
          3. For the Account record page, create a filter with these conditions, apply the AND rule, and associate the filter with the Patient Home Healthcare Management subagent.
            • currentPageType Equals standard_recordPage.
            • currentObjectApiName Equals Account
          4. For the Voice Call record page, create a filter with these conditions, apply the AND rule, and associate the filter with the Patient Home Healthcare Management on Voice Call subagent.
            • currentPageType Equals standard_recordPage.
            • currentObjectApiName Equals VoiceCall
          5. Activate the agent.
          6. Save your changes.

          Now that you’ve set up an agent, create a data library with information on home healthcare services and assign the library to your agent.

          • Subagent: Patient Home Healthcare Management
            The Patient Home Healthcare Management subagent summarizes patient medical information and healthcare history for home healthcare on the Patient Account record page. The subagent extracts home visit requirements, including quotes and benefit information, from voice call transcripts and offers information and recommendations on home healthcare services using Salesforce knowledge articles.
          • Subagent: Patient Home Healthcare Management on Voice Call
            The Patient Home Healthcare Management on Voice Call subagent identifies the patient account from a voice call record and drafts a comprehensive summary of the patient’s medical information and healthcare history for home healthcare. The subagent extracts home visit requirements, including quotes and benefit information, from voice call transcripts and provides recommendations based on Salesforce knowledge articles.
