Improve the user experience of your care coordinators by updating the template of the
Voice Call record page to Header and Left Sidebar. This customization shows the voice call
transcript on the left panel and helps your care coordinators to easily view the transcript
while interacting with an agent in the Agentforce panel on the right.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health
Cloud, Home Health, Salesforce Voice, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on
licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on to
access the agent action.
User Permissions
Needed
To update pages:
Health Cloud Admin permission set
AND
Customize Application
On a voice call record, from the Setup menu, select Edit
Page.
The Lightning App Builder appears.
Verify whether the page template is set to Header and Left Sidebar. If a different
template is used, click Change.
Select Header and Left Sidebar and click
Next.
Review the changes and click Done.
Save your changes.
