Clone and Activate the Flow for Home Visit Medication Administration
Streamline the medication administration process by setting up the Add Patient
Medication for Home Visits - Medication Administration flow. Simply clone the default flow and
activate it.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To clone and activate flows:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
Help your clinicians to administer medications and track the task completion with the Add
Patient Medication for Home Visits - Medication Administration flow. The flow records the
medication details and creates the required medication administration and patient medication
dosage records for the patient.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.
Find and select the Add Patient Medication for Home Visits - Medication
Administration flow.
Click Save As New Flow.
Enter a label, API name, and description for the clone, and then click
Save.
Review the flow’s elements and attributes. Update the elements only if you need to
customize the flow further.
Save your changes if necessary and activate your flow.
The flow is ready for use. Next, add this cloned flow as an action definition to work steps you
set up for medication administration.
