Clone and Activate the Verify Home Visit Electronically Flow
Automate and streamline the electronic visit verification process by setting up the
Verify Home Visit Electronically record-triggered flow. Simply clone the default flow and activate
it.
Required Editions
When a care resource is in the vicinity of the patient’s home and if their mobile app is
active, a notification prompts the care resource to change the visit status to In Progress or
Completed accordingly. After the care resource provides a confirmation, the Verify Home Visit
Electronically flow is triggered and the automatic electronic verification begins.
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To clone and active flows:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.
Find and select the Verify Home Visit Electronically flow.
Click Save As New Flow.
Enter a label, API name, and description for the clone and click
Save.
Review the flow’s elements and attributes. Update the elements only if you need to
customize the flow further.
Save your changes if necessary and activate your flow.
Note If your org uses statuses other than In Progress and Completed to indicate a visit start and
end, you must perform a few additional steps. Clone the Verify Home Visit Electronically Flow,
customize it with the appropriate status values, and then activate the flow. You must also make
the relevant changes in the Field Service Mobile Settings page and the Update Verified Home
Visit Details flow.
