Home Health Visits
Home Health Visits is a lightning component that you can add to person account and service resource record pages. The component shows your users the list of visits scheduled for the patient or service resource that they’re viewing.
On person account record pages, the component displays a New Home Visit button that your schedulers can use to schedule new visits for a patient.
On Service Resource record pages, the component displays the Assign Manually and Auto-Assign buttons for the scheduler to reassign visits to a different service resource.
Home Health Authorization
Home Health Authorizations is a lightning component that you can add to person account record pages. The component shows your users the list of service requests a patient has for home healthcare services and the data related to the requests. For instance, it shows you the number of recommended, authorized, and denied visits for each of the patient’s service requests.
Patient Preferences for Home Health
Patient Preferences for Home Health is a lightning component that lets your users view and add preferences that the patient has for the home healthcare services they receive. The component groups preferences into three broad categories–Care Service Preferences, Care Resource Preferences, and Timing Preferences. Each category gets its own section.
In the Care Service Preferences section, users can define the preferences patients have for the different services that your organization offers. By default, there’s a General Preferences subsection where users define the patient’s global preferences. In addition to this subsection, you can add more subsections for each type of service your organization provides. To add more subsections, use the Care Service Type field to select Work Type records and click Add. The different preference types users see in these subsections depend on the skill types you define for your org.
In the Care Resource Preferences section, users can define the preferences patients have for the personnel they receive services from. Users can select resources the patient wants, resources the patient would prefer, and resources the patient wants to avoid for their home healthcare services.
In the Timing Preferences section, users can specify the days and hours that a patient is open to scheduling visits for. These preferences are represented using Operating Hours records. A patient can only have one active operating hours record associated with them at a time.
