Configure the Work Order object to use Home Health and improve its experience on the
mobile app. Update the page layout with the Patient Detail Lightning and Mobile action and create
a Home Health record type.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To modify object configurations:
Health Cloud Admin Permission Set
In Setup, go to the Object Manager and find Work Order.
Click Page Layouts and open Work Order
Layout.
Select Mobile & Lightning Actions.
In the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, select
override the predefined actions, and then place the
Patient Details quick action in this section.
Save your changes.
Click Home, enter Home Health Settings in
the quick find box, and then select Home Health Settings.
Click the New Record Type button under the Get Your Org Ready to Use
Home section.
Click Create to create a Home Health record type for the
associated work orders.
