Appointment bundle policies and the Bundle Home Healthcare Visits flow work together to
combine individual patient visits into a group visit. Home Health assigns a single care resource
to the group visit to cater to all the patients in one go.
From the App Launcher, go to Appointment Bundle Policies.
Click New.
Enter the name as Home Health Default Bundle Policy.
Select Manual Bundling.
In Priority, enter a number that indicates the priority level for this bundle policy. The
lowest number has the highest priority.
In Limit Amount of Bundle Members, enter the maximum number of patient visits to bundle
into a group visit. We recommend setting the limit as 30 or below.
Configure the filter criteria and duration calculation as needed.
Save your changes.
Your schedulers can now seamlessly schedule a group visit.
