            Set Up a Pricing Procedure for Home Health

            Use Salesforce Pricing and create a pricing procedure to help your care coordinators calculate the final net price of a home healthcare product or service availed by a patient. Pricing procedures are customizable, ordered stacks of pricing elements that call appropriate lookup tables to perform the pricing calculations. Transform all pricing policies established by your business into pricing procedures.

            To create a pricing procedure:

            Salesforce Pricing Design Time User

            or

            Manage Home Health

            Use Salesforce Pricing to easily manage all pricing processes with customizable adjustments and precise formulas. Predefined objects and lookup tables simplify net price calculations. Centralized management ensures transparency and efficiency in discount applications.

            Prerequisite: Create a custom context definition for Home Health

            1. Create a pricing procedure for Home Health.
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Pricing Procedures.
              2. Click New.
              3. Enter a name and an API name.
              4. Select Pricing as the usage type.
              5. Associate the pricing procedure with the custom context definition that you created for Home Health.
              6. Retain the other default settings, and save your changes.
            2. Set the pricing procedure that you created for Home Health as the default setting for your org.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Revenue Settings, and then select Revenue Settings.
              2. In the Set Up Salesforce Pricing section, from Pricing Procedure, select the pricing procedure that you configured earlier.
              Your care coordinators can now use the pricing procedure for price calculation of home visit quotes and budgets.
