            Add Skills to Home Health Care Resources

            Add skills to care resources by assigning service resource skills from the Related tab of service resources.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            Assign skills to service resources: Edit on service resources
            View service resources’ skills: Read on service resources
            1. From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, select Service Resources, open a service resource record, and then select Related.
            2. Click Assign Skills next to Service Resource Skills.
            3. Select the skills that you want to assign to the service resource and click Next.
            4. Enter the skill level (0-10) and start date for each skill.
            5. Save your selections.
