          Add Required Skills to Work Types for Home Health

          Create service resource skill records to specify which skills are required for the different home health services your organization offers.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

          Add required skills to work types: Edit on work types

          Before you begin, add the Skill Requirements related list to the Work Type page layout. Go to the Object Manager in Setup, open the Work Type object, and add the related list to the page layout.

          1. From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, and then select Work Types.
          2. Select a work type that you want to add required skills for.
          3. Click the Related tab.
          4. In the Skill Requirements related list, click New.
          5. In Required For, select the work type.
          6. In Skill Required, select the skill.
          7. In Skill Level, enter the skill level required for the service.
          8. Save your record.
          9. Repeat these steps to specify all the skills required for the work type.
