Users with different roles work on different aspects of Home Health. Schedulers work
desk jobs and schedule visits for home healthcare services. Care resources work in the field and
visit patient homes to provide care for patients. Based on the level of access to clinical data
that they have, you can further classify care resources as clinicians and caregivers. Based on
your organization’s roles and personas, set up profiles for these users.
