            Create Work Plan Template entries for Home Health

            Each task under a work plan template’s group is represented using work plan template entry records and their associated work step entry record.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license

            To create work step templates Create on work step templates
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Work Plan Templates.
            2. Open the relevant work plan template and click the Related tab.
            3. In the Work Plan Template Entries related list, click New.
            4. Ensure that the record selected in the Work Plan Template field is the work plan template that you’re adding the task to.
            5. In the Work Step Template field, either select an existing work step template, or click New Work Step Template.
              1. Enter a name and description for the step and select Active.
              2. If you want to make the task a simple checklist item, leave the Action Definition field blank. If you want to use a flow for the task, select an appropriate flow in the Action Definition field.
                You can only use flows in work steps that have the process type set as Field Service Mobile Flow.
              3. Click Save.
              4. Back on the New Work Plan Template Entry page, ensure the work step template that you created is selected in the Work Step Template field.
            6. For Execution Order, enter a value ithat determines how tasks within the group are sorted.
            7. Save the work plan template entry.

            Repeat these steps to create all the tasks that belong to a work plan template. Next, define the conditions that determine when you use work plan templates to generate work plans.
