            Set Up Custom Objects for Additional Benefits and Quotes

            Create custom objects to store the information about additional benefits and quotes for patients from invoices or other expenses. These benefits are available to patients in addition to the standard benefits from member plans and product catalogs. The custom objects help your care coordinators to track and include the additional benefits and quotes in the overall budget calculation, facilitating detailed and accurate financial management of home healthcare.

            To create a custom object:

            Customize Application

            Depending on your business needs, you can store the additional benefits and quotes in a single custom object or two separate objects.

            1. Create a custom object with these mandatory fields for storing additional benefits.
              Field Data Type Description
              Benefit Name Text Name of the benefit.
              Unit Price Currency Price per unit of the benefit.
              Unit Count Number Total unit count of the benefit.

              Name these fields based on your preference but use the exact data types to ensure seamless integration. Add extra fields to the object, if necessary.

            2. Create a custom object with these mandatory fields for storing additional quotes.
              Field Data Type Description
              Quote Name Text Name of the quote.
              Created Date Date Date of creation of the quote.
              Total Cost Currency Total cost of the quote.
              Product Names Long Text Area Products associated with the quote.

              Name these fields according to your preference but use the exact data types to ensure seamless integration. Add extra fields to the object, if necessary.

            The custom objects are now ready to store the information about patient's additional benefits and quotes.
