Customize Multi-Address Scheduling of Home Healthcare Visits
Help your schedulers create and select only active addresses when scheduling home
healthcare visits. Add the Active field to the Contact Point Address default page layout. Also,
update the Select Address for Home Healthcare Visits flow and the Schedule Home Healthcare
Visits flow.

To update and activate flows:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
Add the Active field to the Contact Point Address page layout.
From Setup, go to Object Manager, and then select Contact Point
Address.
Click Fields & Relationships, and then select the
Active field.
Click Set Field-Level Security and select the
Visible checkbox for all the profiles that require
access.
Save your changes.
To show only active contact point address records while scheduling a visit, update the
Select Address for Home Healthcare Visit flow.
From Setup, go to Flows, and then select Select Address for Home
Healthcare Visit.
Open the GetContactPointAddresses element.
To add a new condition, click Add Condition.
Select the field as Active, operator as
Equals, and value as True.
Click Save As New Flow and enter a name, API name, and
description for the new flow.
Save and activate the flow.
To create contact point address records of Active status while scheduling a home visit,
update the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit flow.
From Setup, go to Flows, and then select Schedule Home Healthcare
Visit.
Open the CreateContactPointAddress element.
In the Set Field Values for the Contact Point Address section, click Add
Field.
Select the field as Active and value as
True.
Click Save As New Flow and enter a name, API name, and
description for the new flow.
