When your schedulers create two dependent visits or update the related visit information, the flow automatically creates an appointment dependency record, which links the visits and sets their dependency to Same Start. Home Health uses this linking to identify and assign care resources who meet the requirements of the two visits so that both visits occur at the same time. This automation helps your schedulers to avoid any manual errors, save time, and focus on patient care continuity.
