          Enable Home Health

          Enable Home Health

          Before your users can start using Home Health, you must enable the feature, enable Field Service, and install the Field Service managed package.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-On license
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure and enable features: Health Cloud Admin permission set
          1. From Setup, enter Home Health Settings in the Quick Find box, and then select Home Health Settings.
          2. Enable the Home Health setting. The page shows the guided setup for Home Health. The Home Health app becomes visible in the App Launcher and the Field Service Settings are also enabled.
          3. Enter Field Service Settings in the Quick Find box, and then select Field Service Settings.
          4. Verify the Field Service setting is enabled.
          5. Install the Field Service managed package.
            Follow the steps in Install the Field Service Managed Package. Once the package is installed, the App Launcher includes two new apps: Field Service and Field Service Admin. The Field Service Admin app is for administrators.
