Enable the Most Recent Reschedule Home Healthcare Visit Flow
Before your users can use the most recent version of the Reschedule Home Healthcare
Visit flow to reschedule recurring visits, turn it on from the Home Health Settings
page.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-On license
User Permissions Needed
To enable the latest version of flow:
Health Cloud Admin permission set
From Setup, enter Home Health Settings in the Quick Find box, and
then select Home Health Settings.
In the Setup Home Health Flows section, turn on the Enable recent version of the
Reschedule Home Healthcare Choice setting.
Your schedulers can now use the most recent flow to reschedule visits.
