          Enable Point-to-Point Routing for Home Health

          Home Health uses Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization to execute point-to-point routing and optimize field resource utilization. You must enable point-to-point routing in your org first before this optimization can happen.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
          User Permissions Needed
          To update Field Service settings Field Service Admin permission set
          1. From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, and then select Field Service Settings.
          2. Click Scheduling and click Routing.
          3. Verify Enable Point-to-Point Predictive Routingis selected. If it isn't, select it and save your settings.
