Assign Permission Sets for Home Health Users
Home Health offers four standard permission sets–Manage Home Health, Home Health Clinician, Home Health Care Giver, and Home Health Quote. Assign these permissions sets to your users according to their roles.

Here’s the list of permission sets that your users need to use different parts of Home Health. Note that you must create the Field Service Admin Permissions, Field Service Call Center Rep Permissions, and Field Service Resource Permissions from the Field Service Settings page in the Field Service Admin app before you can see them in the Permission Sets page in Setup.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and select Permission Sets.
- Select one of the permission sets mentioned in the table.
- Click Manage Assignments.
- Click Add Assignments.
- Select the users that you want to assign the permission set to and click Next.
- Review the assignment summary and click Assign if everything looks good to you.
- Click Done.
Repeat these steps for all the permission sets you must assign to your users.
Tip If you want to make changes to any of these permission sets, we recommend cloning
them, making the changes in the clones, and using those clones instead. However, if you prefer
to use the OOTB versions of these permission sets, you don’t have to clone them.
