Give your patients access to the profile picture of their caregivers by defining sharing
settings for the User object. When your patients access their Experience cloud site, they can view
the picture along with the other home visit details such as visit date, time, and
status.

the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To enable sharing settings:
Health Cloud Foundation Permission Set
Note Before you begin, go to Profiles to obtain the record ID of each
profile you've set up for your Home Health caregivers. When you open a profile, you can find the
record ID in your browser's URL.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sharing Settings, then
select Sharing Settings.
Create a sharing rule for customer portal users.
Under User Sharing Rules, click New.
Enter a label and rule name.
Select the Based on criteria rule type.
Specify the users whose data needs to be shared.
Select Profile ID as Field, select Equals
as Operator, and then enter the ID of the user profile for caregiver in the
Value field.
Note If you have set up multiple user profiles for care
resources, add a criteria rule for each profile ID.
Specify the users who get access to the data. Select Public Groups
and All Customer Portal Users.
Set Read Only as the default level of access.
Save your changes.
Create a sharing rule for partner users.
Under User Sharing Rules, click New.
Enter a label and rule name.
Select the Based on criteria rule type.
Specify the users whose data needs to be shared.
Select Profile ID as Field, Equals as
Operator, and then enter the ID of the user profile for caregiver in the
Value field.

and All Partner Users.

Your patients gain access to caregiver information when using the Experience cloud site.
