            Clone and Activate the Resource Absence Flow for Home Health

            To finish setting up resource absence handling, you must clone the Update Visits for Resource Absence flow, configure its invocable action, and activate the flow.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone and activate flows Health Cloud admin permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
            2. Find and select the Update Visits for Resource Absence flow.
            3. Select the Handle Resource Absence action element and click Edit Element.
            4. Include the Updated Status field, and then enter the status value that you want to update the affected visits with.
            5. Click Save As New Flow.
            6. Enter a label, API name, and description for the clone and click Save.
            7. Activate your flow.
