Configure Status Values for Resource Absence Handling in Home Health
To configure the updated status of visits affected by field resource absences, you must
update a few Field Service Settings in the Field Service Admin app. Then, you define the status
transition flows in Field Service.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
the Home Health Add-on license
User Permissions Needed
To update Field Service settings
Field Service Admin permission set
From the App Launcher, open the Field Service Admin app, and then select Field
Service Settings.
Click Scheduling and then make sure General
Logic is selected.
Clear the Activate approval confirmation on resource absences option
and save your change.
Click Service Appointment Life Cycle, and then click
Status Transitions.
Accept the default transitions or define the transitions for status values that you
want.
For example, let’s say you want the updated status to be Unassigned. Define what values
