          Set Up Field Resources, Regions, and Times for Home Health

          Create service resource records to represent your care resources in the field and create service territory records to define the regions where your organization provides home health services. Then, use service territory member records to assign your care resources to the region they operate in. You can do all of this in the Field Service Admin app.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
          • Create Service Resources for Home Health
            Create a service resource record for each care resource in the field. Field Service uses these records to manage visit assignments.
          • Create Service Territories for Home Health
            Create service territory records to represent the regions where your organization provides home health services. Define operating hours for each service territory.
          • Assign a Service Resource to a Service Territory for Home Health
            Assign service resources to the service territories that they operate in. Doing so creates a service territory member record that relates the resource and the territory. If necessary, change the operating hours for the service territory member if they differ from the service territory's operating hours.
