Activate the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit Flow

Activate the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit Flow

Optimize the patient self-scheduling process and help your schedulers to easily schedule visits based on patient requests by setting up the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit flow. Simply activate the latest version of the flow and you’re done.

          Required Editions

When your schedulers approve a patient request for scheduling a new visit, the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit flow auto populates the visit details from the patient’s request. This automation helps your schedulers to save time, avoid manual errors, and focus on patient care continuity.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
          User Permissions Needed
          To activate flows:

          Health Cloud Foundation permission set

          Note
Note Complete these steps only if you’ve customized and activated an earlier version of the flow in your org. Otherwise, no action is required from your end because the latest version of the flow is active, by default.
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select Flows.
          2. Find and select the Schedule Home Healthcare Visit flow.
          3. Review the flow’s elements and attributes. Update the elements only if you need to customize the flow further.
          4. Save your changes and activate your flow.

The flow is ready for scheduling home visits for patient requests.
